With 40 years of experience, we understand fire suppression and fire protection for commercial kitchens. We schedule grease exhaust cleaning services twice per year, which is the standard under UL300. We also replaced exhaust hood filters with baffle designed units that help kitchen hood systems run more efficiently. UL300 requires that old mesh style grease hood filters be replaced with baffle type filters. We install and use 18-gauge galvanized baffle units that fit snugly into kitchen hood systems.
