More than “just a service tech”, AAA Fire Protection is looking for a proactive individual who is always looking for ways to help protect your assigned clients. Our team has been supporting California businesses of all sizes since 1974, and we’re continuing to grow!

You must be:

Client-focused at all times

Friendly and approachable

Knowledgeable about fire protection

Strong ability to understand technical challenges and how to overcome them<

Someone who always thinks ahead

Timely and dependable

Since you will be traveling to our client’s sites, we also require a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Fire protection isn’t always a 9-to-5 job, so a successful applicant must be willing to work flexible hours.

We are willing to train qualified applicants to be sure you have the latest tools and information required to be successful.

Job Duties

At AAA Fire Protection, we are known for our exceptional levels of service -- provided by friendly and proactive service teams. Our teams have been providing fire protection to businesses of all sizes in the Northern California area for more than 40 years, and our family continues to grow!

We are seeking an individual who is positive and upbeat to schedule service times with our customers. The right candidate will be ready to exceed client expectations with:

First-rate telephone and computer skills

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software programs

Handle fast-paced calls and switch between projects with ease

Stay calm under pressure

Our work hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
